WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Ground orders are usually delivered in 3 to 7 business days. Some orders may take longer than 7 days. Please be aware that weekends are not considered business days.

WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking numbers are usually available and emailed within 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS after placing your order. (On some orders it may take longer than 3 days)

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No. We don't accept order cancellations because our goal is to fulfill an order as quickly as possible which is why we don't have the ability to cancel orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
No. We don't have the ability to accept order changes.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. All items are inspected before shipped. If you receive a damage or defected item notify us by email within 2 days of the item being received, the item will be replaced or refunded, based on the availability of the item. No exceptions.

SHIPPING POLICY
When will I get my items?
Our Shipping policy is simple. 5-7 days and you can be wearing your amazing items. All orders are shipped "no signature required" for your convenience, however we recommend that you are available to sign for the package. We are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence. Your entire order placed will ship together. Please understand that if you place multiple orders your orders will ship separately.
